RULES OF ADMISSION (2006 - 07)  

Admission is open to all, irrespective of caste, creed and colour but subject to the following regulations.

This year the school shall admit students only to LKG. Admissions to other classes depends upon the vacancies available.

Forms for admission are available in the school office on payment of Rs. 150/- for which no receipt is issued.

Forms are to be filled up and brought for registration. A Registration fee of Rs. 100/- is charged at the time of submission of form and Date and Time for interview / test is given.

Registration of a name is valid only upto the date of the test of the class concerned  

             REGISTRATION DOES NOT CONFER ANY RIGHT FOR ADMISSION TO THE CLASS

             REGISTRATION FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES)

It is entirely the responsibility of the parents to confirm :

              The date when the list of selected candidates will be put up.

              The last date and mode for making payment.

It is to be clearly understood that the rights of admission are strictly reserved with Principal. Mere selection does not confer any right for admission.

Birth Certificate issued by Muncipality must be submitted at the time of admission and xerox copy of the same must be attached to the admission form at the time of registration.

No Horoscope, Affidivits or hand written / typed / attested copies shall be accepted as a proof of Date of Birth.

Parents must accompany the child for interview with Principal but they are not allowed to go along with the child when other tests are taken.

Date of Birth and spellings of the name of child once entered in the School record cannot be changed. So please fill up the forms carefully.

Admission is purely on the basis of merit and on qualifying the minium standard laid down by the school. As such each new         pupil applying for admission is subject to an entrace examination at the beginning of each academic year. He / She must bring         his / her own writing material ( pen / pencil / eraser) but no special books are required. He / She is tested in the standard below         the one to which the admission is sought.

In case of admission to higher classes, each new pupil must produce at the time of admission

             A school leaving certificate, if he / she comes from a recognised school.

             If he / she comes from a school outside the State of Orissa, the school leaving certificate must be counter signed by the D.E.O. of the place in the which the school is situated.

Parents are advised not to take T.C. / withdraw the name of the Child from previous school, unless his / her admission had    been confirmed in our school.

AGE LIMIT : Minimum age of Child for admission to any of the classes mentioned above should be as follows : (as on 1.03.06)

      L.K.G. : 3 +, U.K.G. : 4 +, Std I - I : 5 +, Std II : 6 + etc.,

In case your child has not attained the requisite age for a particular class, please don’t apply for admission.
